Bowen’s disease is best considered a pre-cancerous skin lesion to a Squamous cell carcinoma.

It appears as red, scaly patches on the skin, often mistaken for eczema or psoriasis. Bowen’s disease is localized and hasn’t spread yet, but it requires treatment to prevent progression.

Bowens disease treatment

Treatment options for Bowen’s disease include excision (surgical removal), topical therapies (like chemotherapy creams), and cryotherapy.

I work with you to find the best treatment based on the size and location of the lesion, ensuring effective and minimal scarring results.

If you suspect any of the above, contact your GP, or book a private consultation with me for further evaluation and treatment.
